Korean Air is the largest airline and flag carrier in terms of international destinations, fleet size, and international flights in South Korea. The airline was initiated in March 1969 and its global headquarters is located in Seoul, South Korea. The international passenger airline along with its cargo division flies in 126 cities which are in 44 countries. The domestic division of the airline flies in 13 destinations. Korean Airlines is one of the top-ranked international cargo airlines and it is one among the top 20 in terms of passengers carried.

The international hub of Korean Air is Incheon International Airport Terminal 2. They also have a satellite headquarters at Incheon. The airline is known to be the founding member of Sky Team airline alliance where when it comes to awards and accolades the airline was voted as the best airline in 2012, which was by Business Traveler readers. Delta Air Lines is their new joint venture partnership. The airline has first-class, prestige class, premium economy class, and economy class for its passengers.

1. In-flight magazine: Korean Air’s in-flight magazine ‘Morning Calm’ is more than just a common in-flight magazine. Beyond is also Korean Air’s in-flight magazine that is inclusive of interesting articles and in-flight entertainment guide.
